Based on specific requirements, a targeted solution is injected into the concentrate stream before it enters the filtration system. These solutions help prevent scale buildup, pre-filter fouled water, adjust pH levels, eliminate bacterial growth, and oxidize metals when necessary.

Anti-Silica

The Anti-Silica Dosing System and Solution are specifically created for feedwater with elevated levels of metals, silica, and scale-forming minerals. Effective across a broad concentration range, it’s ideal for hard water conditions to prevent scale that could restrict membrane flow and elevate concentrate levels. The solution contains a non-oxidizing agent to remove biofilm from membranes. This fully electronic and adjustable system uses a light amber liquid certified to meet Standard 60 for drinking water additives.

Anti-foulant

The Anti-foulant Dosing System and Solution are suited for membrane systems treating feedwater prone to fouling by silt, organics, colloids, and fine particles. This powerful anticoagulant works over a wide concentration range and also acts against deposition from colloidal matter in seawater, brackish water, and wastewater. It prevents membrane fouling by both organic and inorganic colloids. Fully electronic and adjustable, the antifoulant solution is a light amber liquid certified under Standard 60.

Silica/Foulant Blend Combo

This Dosing System uses a specialized blend of silica and antifoulant agents to treat feedwater with high concentrations of metals, hardness, silica, and other fouling agents like silt and fine particles. The system is fully electronic and adjustable, and the Combo Blend is a light amber liquid certified to meet Standard 60 for drinking water additives.

Sodium Bicarbonate - pH Balancing

Designed for systems with variable flow rates and pH levels below 6.0, this pH Balancing Dosing System uses soda ash to raise the pH without adding hardness. Suitable for flows from 1 GPM to 50 GPM, it delivers precise neutralization. The system is fully electronic and adjustable, using a white granular powder certified under Standard 60.

Organic Acid - pH Reducer

This pH Reducer Dosing System precisely injects Organic Acid into flows from 1 GPM up to 22 GPM. Fully electronic and adjustable, it uses a white granular powder certified to meet Standard 60 for drinking water additives.

Chlorine

Ideal for private wells, this system injects the exact amount of chlorine needed to kill bacteria, eliminate odors, pre-treat for iron removal, treat iron bacteria, or convert Arsenic III to V. Fully electronic and adjustable, it uses chlorine certified under Standard 60.
